AIX-LES-BAINS, France -- Lance Armstrong served notice of improved form ahead of his bid for a seventh Tour de France win as he finished a solid fifth in the prologue stage of the Dauphine Libere on Sunday.
His Discovery Channel team-mate George Hincapie won the 7.9-kilometer test in Aix-Les-Bains from fellow American Levi Leipheimer. Armstrong was six seconds back."
